The easiest and crunchiest fried chicken recipe

Nobody likes soggy fried chicken… A few months back I released a recipe for a super crunchy ‘fried’ chicken that skipped the deep-fryer. Even though it’s oven-baked the thick cornflakes crust gives you the same satisfying crunch that you love from a good fried chicken, but then just a little bit healthier.

  1. This looks so good and delicious. Can’t wait to try this one. Thank you for sharing the recipe. Here in my place there’s a lot of sauces that we can make or choose. We tried vinegar with chili and its really good. But if you want little bit sweet dip, We have liver sauce.
