Why you should lose 10% of your weight and how to do it

The 29th of September is World Heart Day. A perfect day to take some time and reflect on your heart health. Do you want to feel better in your own skin, take better care of your heart, and lose some pounds?

Setting smaller goals that are more achievable is better than aiming for a 180Β° body transformation. Losing 10% of your body weight has great benefits for your heart. It will lower your blood pressure and decreasing your overall risk of heart disease.

You want to lose weight? Try not to eliminate one type of foods. Avoiding certain foods (or macros like carbs) will just leave you with cravings, failure, and ultimately disappointment.
